We are proud to be appointed the managers of a portfolio of prestigious properties. We are fully aware that the management of these properties means that we are taking care of our customers’ valuable assets. They have selected us as professional managers who do not solely care about their assets, but also to provide ideal services. Our works mean more than just to keep their properties in a state of safety, hygiene and of good condition. To live up to the expectations of our customers, our well trained staff will carefully conduct a detailed survey to the properties. The evaluation will be finalized and put together in a proposal, elaborated our analysis in details both long-term and short-term management plans, in order to maintain a sound condition and to figure out how to keep abreast of the market trends.

Good performances require a team of elite staff who work together with enthusiasm. In order to build up a team with a variety of professions, relevant trainings and long-term development programs are introduced for their growth. In order to maintain discipline, our Human Resources Department organizes an array of professional trainings. The programs offered amongst professional knowledge and necessary requirements in compliance with licenses; seminars and education functions to promote the virtue of ethics and social responsibility. They are encouraged to exchange their opinions and experiences through various activities, games and competitions. Those activities provide our staff with an opportunity to share the vision and value of our company. We believe that through dedication to these activities, our staff can gain mutual aid and trust from each other. As a result, they will not only come to realize and develop their potentialities, but also know how to further utilize their individual talents.

Green management and social services are among our major concerns that we strive to contribute to the society in every possible ways.

 

For green management, except participating in activities of energy efficiency, we have put in practice power smart program, quality air control, using eco-friendly materials, recycle papers, and; to reduce energy consumption whichever allows. We continue to pay attention to the overall green management development.

 

For social services, we have recently joined a helping scheme by an outside organization and that we provide a vocational training course for free. Our professional staff give talks of technical aspects and emergency management skills. We hope that participants will benefit from the trainings and to equip themselves better.

 

To show that we are a caring company, we continued to committ our support in environmental protection and social services.

大家好,好高興又同大家見面。係呢度可以見到一大班同事,親切咁坐埋一齊。
 
我地嘅同事,人才濟濟,叻仔叻女 共聚一堂。大家經過一年嘅努力工作 盡忠職守,緊守剛位,做好本份。亦都參加各項比賽,攞過好多獎項,得到客戶以及各界人士嘅贊賞。
 
唔止咁多,好野陸續有來。
 
要得到好嘅成績,係需要進修課程,領有證書,參與公司嘅持續培訓,耐心工作,努力不懈,以達致各方面嘅要求。
 
得到各位同事嘅努力,公司嘅生意越做越大。而家公司嘅同事超過4百人,營業額亦都有良好嘅表現。

At the time of each year ends, I am delighted to see that most of our staff did not rest on the laurels and proved that their performances are excellent. They are doing their best to fulfill duties and accomplishments are achieved. These include the implementation of year planners, a good control in budgets, enforcement of ordinances and requirements, upkeep ISO standard for accreditations.

週年晚宴講話

 

各位來賓,各位同事,大家好。歡迎蒞臨公司的週年晚會。 好高興又可以同大家共聚一堂。

  

每年 公司都有新發展,係今年年初,公司嘅總寫字樓  由4樓擴充,搬上35樓。象徵步步高升,大展鴻圖。公司嘅業績亦都有良好表現,我地管理嘅項目達到60個,同事人數超過400人。其他業務發展方面,包括護衛,清潔同大廈維修, 都有理想嘅成績。

  

隨著管理項目增長。係質素管理方面,亦都保持住一貫嘅優良作風,採取積極進取嘅態度,提供優質,安全同可靠嘅服務。一如既往,今年,我地亦都參加左唔同種類嘅社會服務,以及同業間嘅競賽,獲取多種獎項。再一次展示各位同事嘅合作,進取精神,再接再厲,屢創佳績。

  

係呢度,我同大家一齊, 祝賀公司嘅業務蒸蒸日上,一年好過一年。祝各位同事身體健康。事事如意。

Lion Dance at the Redhill Peninsula

 

Dear Colleagues

 

Wish you all had a delightful Lunar New Year. May the year of dragon be a year of success and fortune for each and every one of you.

 

On 2nd day of Lunar New Year, it was my great pleasure to spectate the lion dance and dot the lion eyes in the Redhill Peninsula. Cheerful faces of our colleagues and festive decorations marked an auspicious start of the New Year.

 

In spite of the chilly and windy weather, our staff made every endeavor to organize the lion dance as well as the fun fair for the enjoyment of residents. I deeply appreciate their efforts and care for every detail. The four lively lions highlighted the event and enshrouded the area with a joyous atmosphere.

 

May special thanks be dedicated to Gigi, Ronnie and all staff for their patient guide throughout our visit.

各位來賓,各位同事,大家好。歡迎蒞臨公司嘅週年聚會。

 

大家係瀏覽公司網頁嘅時候,都會發覺多左幾個標誌,例如 關心社會, ISO認証, 同埋環保節能等等 …。

 

為左加強我地嘅競爭力,提升服務水平,公司推行左多種培訓計劃,規範品質管理, 以確保業務能夠達到預期目標。

 

今年我地參加左唔同種類嘅比賽,並且獲取獎項,包括: 傑出保安員獎,優秀保安員獎,最佳物業管理獎,優秀物業管理獎。標示各位同事嘅努力以及  各位部門主管嘅領導才能。

 

經過各位同事同心合力,互勵互勉,各展所長, 我地逐步實現左我地嘅期望。   

 

以上成績,得來不易。需要得到各位同事長期努力,風雨不改,緊守崗位 先至獲得嘅成果。

 

係未來一年,我地會再接再厲,更加努力工作。我地要做到三心两意,何謂三心两意呢: 就係 用心,關心,同有信心。 兩意係要令到顧客满意,同樂意。

Throughout the past decades, we have never ceased to deliver high quality services in fulfilling our clients’ expectations. To ensure service quality is being constantly meliorated, surveys are conducted from time to time. The results are carefully analyzed and served as a reference for evaluation. We believe that listening to and respecting the feelings and opinions of others can make improvements and in turn assure our clients of the highest level of services.

We always commit to make our clients the most satisfied. We have developed a systematic approach to manage the organization’s process. In a view to facilitating the entire service chain and maximizing productivity, our staff follows a framework that regulates their tasks performed

We realized that a significant step had to be taken for both sharpening our competitive edge and meeting the challenges ahead – to implement a Quality Management System. This system boosts efficiency and also enhances productivity. Through clearly defining key roles and responsibilities, staff has a clear guidance on their work. In the mean time, products or services deficiencies are highlighted. Investigations are conducted thus result in less waste, inappropriate process and reduced complaints.

Following a few months endeavor and close collaboration of our staff, we applied for ISO audit by an international accredited certification body, SGS. I am very pleased to announce that we have successfully passed the audit assessments. We will be awarded the certificates of ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 & OHSAS 18001:2007.

I would like to dedicate my heartfelt thanks to all the colleagues who have toiled over the last few months to help our company achieve such honorable credentials. Our cooperative efforts are acknowledged. I am certain that such accreditations can reassure our clients and sustain our position in the sector.

Recently, I have received numerous emails from managers with cheerful information that team members and buildings enrolled for competitions won accolades and awards of best and outstanding services.

We all understand that, to outwit the competitors were not easy. We have to do a lot of works, from scratches to performances. Our working teams with steadfast and unflagging spirit are not resting on the laurels of the success in last year, but to striving for every service excellence. They have been providing strenuous efforts with minds and hearts to protect the valuable assets of our customers, and bend every effort towards securing that end.

 

Every success is derived from factors more than a single effort. Our staff have worked hard together to stretch their abilities in performing duties and responsibilities. They have also shown their attitude to hold up their posts perseverance, no matter amid good or bad weather. Their outstanding performances are explicit samples of professional, strong team works with guidance from their superiors. These also serve as an indication of the well planned training programs designed by various departments. A Proof of Satisfaction

 

I am grateful to read the Tregunter management survey report.  I am most delighted by the figures which reflect the good results of our management services.  The figures reveal that we have been providing services up to satisfaction standard, remarks of excellence for security services are on the high rates.

 

The outstanding performance represents long term services of our member of staff.  They have been providing strenuous effort with minds and hearts to protect the valuable assets of our customers.

 

Every success is derived from factors more than a single effort.  To attain good results, our staff have worked hard together to stretch their abilities in performing duties and responsibilities.  They have also shown their attitude to hold up the posts perseverance, no matter amid good or bad weather.  Their outstanding performances are explicit samples of professional spirit, a strong team work with guidance from their superiors.  These also serve as an indication of the well planned training programs designed by departments of Human Resources and Estate Management.

Dear All


I wish to express appreciation for all of you in contributing your bestefforts to make the cross-geographical Forum a successful one.


We have exchanged perspectives through presentations, Q & A, and inparticulars, the sort of no-holds-barred discussions that characterizesthe most fruitful interactions with each other.


The Forum with your fervent participations offered an ideal environmentfor discussions and communications. This kind of activity provided agood platform for training programs and opportunity developments.


We may expect that Forums be organized periodically. In order to have enough time for the preparation of next agenda, I suggested a few points for our colleagues’ considerations.


From time to time, our company provides training programs for our staff, including Fundamental training, Knowledge-Based training, Skill training and Customer Relationship Training. We may realize that there are abundant materials and ideas for better management services. Here we pick some points for view exchange:


1. How to ensure that our training programs achieve significant results?
Are there any follow up or coach services guiding learning programs?


2. Are there any communication skills or knowledge of a goal-setting process?


3. Are there any ways to make sure that the training programs meet the needs of the customers and the employees?

 

4. When the training investment is placed in the front line, which party is responsible for the protection of the investment?


5. We all know that as a service provider, it is a long term investment to build and maintain a loyal relationship with customers.


6. Find some examples for discussions on how to develop a successful management style, the approach of conventional wisdom and unorthodox management behavior, the method of development into an effective management style.


Any recommendations and opinions are welcomed.
